This place is a scam
This place is a scam, ordered the hearing aids, didn’t work returned them within 45 days got a email, confirming that they received my return, waited another 30 days for the refund. Nothing, emailed them again they wanted me to have pictures of when I packed them, they said there was one missing. I told him they were both in the box when I return them, they wanted to know if I had pictures of myself actually putting them in the box I said no, but I would like to see videos of when you unpack them because they were both there. So they kept the refund and kept the hearing aids as well.

You can hear yourself talking more than…
You can hear yourself talking more than you can hear another person. They are uncomfortable to wear. They do not work as desired and will most likely return.

Tried them they did not work in my work…
Tried them they did not work in my work environment. Tried to get an Return # and was forced to try another model prior to getting the #. they have not arrived as of yet but it is very in doubt they will preform better under my windy work conditions. would not do business with them again as they are very aggressive in their need not to refund as they promise a no hassle return policy. they also made us pay the return shipping on the first set, so no matter like them or not we are out money.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! We recieved the hearing aids Friday. My mom can’t hear out of them. Today is Monday I called them to set up a return twice. Each time I was given the run around about how someone needs to call me back to set up the return. They have a 45 day money back guarantee but the way they are operating it’s almost like they play games to run your 45 days down. I don’t like how I can’t call and just get the instructions on returning these hearing aids.

your product does not work they will…
your product does not work they will not hold a charge now we have tried 3 different sets just give my money back .They seem to not want to refund the money you just keep sending product that does not work as advertised
