NO, NO, NANO !!
My research and personal experience tells me the following: Folks need to know that these are amplifiers, not hearing aids. They may be DIGITAL, and nano calls them "hearing aids", but the don't boost your hearing loss frequencies to flatten your hearing curve like true hearing aids do. Nano says something about the FDA, but they are not approved by the FDA...simply registered there. Then folks need to know that everything will cost more than expected. After you discover that a similar set can be found at Walmart for less than $100, and they don't help either...returning for a refund is not easy, or cheap. Furthermore, you will wait for over a month for your refund (if you get one). My advice: stay far away from this Company!

I did not feel comfortable with hearing…
I did not feel comfortable with hearing aids in My ears. when I to return the aid I was told I would have to pay for shipping to return aids. On the return note it did nor include the $79.00 dollars I pd.

NOT HAPPY
I have emailed 3 times asking what the 3 double beeps are when wearing the aids and the response does not help. I can hear people talk (when it'd quiet) but not the TV???? The aids, fully charged, only last about 3 hours. I am not happy but I will continue to try them and hope it gets better with time.
