We called to get them fixed then only…
We called to get them fixed then only worked couple minutes... So he wants to send them back and waited for you guys to call back never did!! He is not happy with you guys!! Still waiting for you guys to call to get them sent back to you all!!

No solution to problem. Label was printed but no shipment on May 23. Will be another week or more since it was out of stock I guess

It hasn’t made any difference in…
It hasn’t made any difference in helping me hear. I’ve tried every channel with nothing, a lot of static and screeching . A waste of money

Hard to understand person's answering…
Hard to understand person's answering phone. Takes long time to get answers. Didn't get refund. Have to try another model, and delay in getting here. The length of time it's talking would be easier just to keep the ones that don't work for me.

selector button is too stiff
Selector button is so stiff that even using the largest domes, attempting to press it just pushes the device deeper into my ear: I have to take it out to push the button & have no idea what, if anything, has been changed, making them useless. I think I'm going to have to return them.

No matter what we do the hearing aids…
No matter what we do the hearing aids chirp. Changed the domes and cleaned ears and they still chirp a lot and loud.
