Frustrating experience with the…
Frustrating experience with the ordering process. The first pair of hearing aids was returned to the sender due to them not putting the correct address on the package. Before the second pair arrived, I was notified by email that the second pair was sent back to the company for the same reason. However this turned out to be an error and the second pair arrived as scheduled. I don't understand the emails I received regarding them being sent back, which turned out to be the first pair order number and they had already received them back before this email was sent out. Talk about being frustrated! Customer Service people (3) were good but the errors still continued to happen. Have only had the hearing aids for 2 days and so far they are good for my husband.

Return Experience
Returning my hearing aids was somewhat difficult. I had to call a few times and was always told someone would call me back. Since I work, I couldn't be by my phone 24/7. It would be much better customer service if the customer could just be helped when they call instead of having to be called back at anytime. Otherwise, customer service was very kind and professional.

No fault of the agent but company…
No fault of the agent but company policy to insist that a dissatisfied customer pay return postage rubs me the wrong way. The ad says 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. Should include postage.

I have good marks for the person I…
I have good marks for the person I spoke to on the phone. The hearing aids came quickly to my door. If I have a complaint it would be that the aids did not work correctly and I needed to return the product.

The hearing aids are ok
The hearing aids are ok. DONT BUY THE INSURANCE. My husband lost his hearing aid. They wanted $150 to replace the pair with the insurance. My husband only needs one aid. They would only replace two. They did refund the $79 I paid for the insurance.

This hearing aid seems inferior to me.
As you've probably seen in your records, I've been using the RX 2000 for a number of years now. As I accidentally destroyed the right side unit, I opted for an upgrade in the R-OTC-X2R-JH-B hearing aid. Much disappointment in the performance of this product as the low volume makes it difficult to clearly hear TV, the sound is as if in an oil drum and the battery life somewhat shorter.
