Mother was not able to wear them we’re trying to get her adjusted. I’m keeping track of the days so if she doesn’t adjust we can return them.

So far I'm unimpressed with the device…
So far I'm unimpressed with the device to the point that I haven't even used them in the last three or four days. No matter what setting I put the right one on I get feedback and the battery doesn't last but about 4 hours. I can't find any information on how to send them back. NOT HAPPY?

We can't seem to get the right ear…
We can't seem to get the right ear piece to work at all. It frys and pops and drive thim crazy. We have changed the prones or whatever from med. to small to large and nothing seems to work. They wont stay charged up over two hours and we are very unhappy with our purchase.

The aids did not work for me,so i send…
The aids did not work for me,so i send them back for my refund. They say because i did not send the RMA form with the Aids they will not refund my money.

Not for me
To big for my ears. Would beep loud when people talked on tv. Tv interfered. Couldnt adjust them to hear. I will be returning them
