Nano made it easy to go through the process of purchasing these hearing aids. I don’t have anything else to say because I haven’t got my hearing aid yet. When I do, I might have something to say. If I can hear the TV better, you’ll be my hero.

the customer service rep listened to my concern and sent me a replacement set of aids. I returned the defective aids and heard right away that they had been received.

Representatives demonstrate quality in providing service and stand by their products.
Lenny & Kelly are excellent hearing aid representatives. Kelly expressed sincere concern about providing my father in law w an appropriate hearing aid to fit his needs. She throughly explained the ease in him using the BTE4 vs the original one we ordered, n allowed us to make an even exchange with no additional charge for the longer tubes as my father in law has longer ears than me(I have similar aids which are too short for him). Kelly explained that the 45 day full refund would reset when he receives the exchange and be under 1 year warranty if he was still having issues w the BTE4. Kelly explained everything so throughly & patiently. She demonstrated the company’s dependability and the quality of the product. He looks forward to receiving the nano BTE4 in hopes to participate in our conversations. Kelly also gave me her extension number to call her if there r any issues with the exchange.
