Your hearing aids cannot stay in here they keep falling out. You would think that your technician could come up with a way to keep you hearing aids firmly in your ear. To put it bluntly those cups you give with the hearing aid are worth nothing. Look at the way ego makes their hearing head. No cup it just slides right into the hearing canal

Customer service is so bad, spend hours almost an entire day trying to get assistance transfered back and forth with no results, received aids that were defective but was told that they were good to go when shipped to me. I returned them never got issues resolved nor any reimbursement or any kind. They kept trying to upgrade me on another more expensive model and refused to do anything after hours of dealing with them

I’m finished with trying to keep them charged and trying to figure out if they’re turned on or off. They really don’t fit any better in my ears than the first pair you sent. I’m returning these as well.

You support warranty is horrible and is not accurately advertised. My right hearing aid broke in half, and you insisted it get sent in for inspection, and would not take a picture of it in two pieces. This left me without a right hearing aid, and I lost it while trying to send it back. You did not honor the warranty as it is implied (one-year warranty). This was a very unfortunate support experience and I have left bad reviews on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, like I told the support person I would. I even asked for this to be escalated to a supervisor, made two separate calls at separate times. Again, this was a horrible support experience and I will NEVER purchase another product from Nano and will highly discourage all of my peers to avoid them.

I returned hearing aids because they did not work properly. Then got notice you will not refund my money because the red antenna was missing. there NO antenna on them when I opened package. I cannot recommend them.!!!

My plastic tube keep coming and humming all the time. Would not recommend.

although these hearing aids didn't work for my situation they did seem to be good quality fir the price Return ended up far from hassle free matter of fact only after I got better business bureau involved did I receive my full refund.

These hearing aids are probably good for many people but they just didn't work out for me. There was too much feed back and also the sound seemed to be outside my ears instead of going inside. Hope that makes sense. It drove me crazy trying to listen like that. I returned them and am now waiting for a refund as soon as they are received. I'm really sorry, I don't like giving bad reviews. Hopefully they work out better for others. I cannot believe you would post a phone number on this site. PLEASE REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!
