I ordered these hoping I could get my 92 yr old husband to try them because I feel like a parrot sometimes I have to repeat myself so much. They seemed simple to operate and he came along just to early to work anything associated with electronic. But I was wrong. I couldn't even get him to try them. But he is 92 and been through a lot this year with open heart surgery with a lot of complications with heart failure and kidney failure and just didn't want to worry with anything else. The lady I talked to was very understanding and so sweet and nice. She was just great. The aides look great and I would recommend them to anyone needing Hearing Aides that was open minded to using them. I think they would be very easy to get use to and work great.

Being able to hear what other are saying without having to repeat

I talked to Joe & had a question before ordering. Not covered in the TV ad was how do one hearing aid cover all different types of hearing problems? Joe told me instructions came with answers & there are adjustments to try before complete. I then ordered with more confidence.

Friendly sales person and fast delivery time

People are nice and informative. Order was prompt and the only problem she’s having is turn it off and on she is 90 years old. That’s the only thing I know right now that she’s having any problems with. Thank you.

Patience and answered my questions. The new hearing aids are fantastic. But I am having a problem with my Right ear aid disconecting from app and difficulty reconnecting to the app after it happens numerous times throughout the day I received help today from Nano Customer Technical help who was very courteous and informative and gave me suggestions to reconnect to app quickly. IT WORKED Great technical help after purchase is a great benefit from Nano. Finally to anyone wondering about Nano helping to hear TV. There are he Lying me hear the TV better Than hearing aid that cost 3000-4000 dollars. The Nano Sigma PLUS OTC (BTE) ARE THE GREATEAST HEARING AIDS EVER.
