Lack of information
You fail to inform people on your website that if they have tinnitus your product is not recommended for use by them. It is not until they receive their order that the paperwork enclosed tells them not to use the hearing aids but to go consult with an ENT doctor. Had this information been available on the website, I would never have wasted your time or mine ordering a product I cannot use and now must return.

returning it seems more complicated than it should be. It's almost lioke the company doesn't want to
It wasn't quite as good as it was supposed to be so we tried to return it. It seems the process is too complicated it's as if the company doesn't want to honor their return poloicy.

Balancing the sound is a problem
Balancing the sound is a problem; I can't wear the hearing aids in any wind (e.g. driving the car, outside in light breezes) because the wind creates a popcorn popping sound in one or both ears...There seems to be little benefit to using the devices since they amplify all my "internal" noises ( e.g. voice, cough, chewing, sneezes...) so I can't understand normal conversation or other sounds (e.g. T.V. Radio)
