Was very happy to turn my tv down to a normal level !!! really am enjoying my new hearing aids do wish they were a little more snugi have very tiny ear canals So afraid i will lose them Really do love them so far ----

Anticipated my questions before I ask.
The representative was very knowledgeable, took his time and verified my information. Explained everything in detail, before purchase, during purchase and follow up. Asked me to watch videos before my hearing aids arrived.

Well this is my first time with hearing…
Well this is my first time with hearing aids. Not quite sure what to expect. I hear a lot of background noise, for instance me walking, package rattling ext. But I am hearing things I didn’t know made sounds, my car blinker, the beeping when the seat belt is not fastened. Have heard people sitting across the isle in church who I could never hear before. I guess with a little time it will get better

Great Customer Service
The customer service is great. I ordered and tried one pair of hearing aids which did not work properly for me. I called, talked to customer service, and was able to complete an exchange for a different type of aid. I have not received the new pair yet, but again the customer service was great.

Affordable Hearing
Having purchased several Nano hearing aides over the years I find my recent purchase a great product. I do miss the on/off indicator. this is a great product

Much better than the other hearing aids I tried.
The hearing aid work fine but I do have a couple of concerns, they have a lot of static when you are outside or in a vehicle with the window open, even just opened a little bit. The other concern is when I put them in the charger the right hearing aid is hard to get a connection to charge. I can manage to get it to charge if I repeatedly put it in and out of the charging port. Other than the 2 problems I mentioned they are great and they have a terrific sound. I tried a hearing aid provided and fitted by an audiologist and I hated the sound. I really like listening to music and these hearing aids are great for that. The other one was so bad that I gave it back to the audiologist. I also like the way the hearing aid feels in my ear. The old hearing aid had a custom made mold and it felt terrible in my ear.

This purchase was to replace a previous…
This purchase was to replace a previous set. I lost one of the previous set . The price is reasonable and they work very well for me. Shipment was very quick both times. The first set had a small led on the receiver to let you see if it was on or off. The new set does not have the led and has to be inserted in the ear to hear the beeps and that makes it hard for me to turn on or off. My only complant.
