They just don’t work for him
They just don’t work for him. They do not fit his ears. We will be calling to return the second pair.

We received the new chargers
We received the new chargers, but the hearing aids will not charge and stay charged longer than about 30 minutes. These are worthless! I am extremely dismayed that the promise to refund the money has not happened. Your supprt team is as worthless as the hearing aids. I have asked for a supervisor or manager to call me...no call! Dop what you said you would do and refund the money.

Too much hassle to get return information. Was told I would get a call within 24 hours waited 3 days no one called. It's like they try to wait close to deadline so you won't get a refund.
Not give so many excuses as to why equipment has so many unsatisfactory issues. Had called several times with concerns and followed all directives. Every day of input of device there was a new problem. Take time to listen to the customer rather than try to offer upgraded product which cost more and listen to concerns to fix the issues with the device bought.

They never really worked well
They never really worked well, sent left ear back and was replaced. Still did not stop squawking. Decided to return them so after waiting on hold for 15 min was told it was not correct number to request a return Auth number. They said they would call me with it. They never called. Lousy product and lousy service.

I will be returning them for a full refund. they do not work at all. It was like putting ear plugs in, all they did was block the sound.

They hurt my ears and get loud and low…
They hurt my ears and get loud and low hearing aids don’t conform to the ears. I’ve tried all the buds that came with them and none of them seem to work for me so I’m returning them and would like a RMA #. Thanks for letting me try them, I’m sorry they didn’t work for me. As soon as I get the rma # I’ll send them back
