If you don’t want a high pressure sales…
If you don’t want a high pressure sales experience…then run! We still haven’t received our refund. They tell you, that you can try out the Nano hearing aids and return them if they don’t work. It took several phone calls and finally a threat to report to the better business bureau before they would give me their REQUIRED RMA number for returns. Hearing loss was just to severe for these to work. We wanted to try a less expensive option…but it was a very difficult experience.
