The Worst Scam Ever

I was given 2 sets of hearing and neither one game me 1 second of amplified hearing. I am a retired senior citizen who was raised by deaf parents. I have lived with the disadvantages that not being able to hear presents. I have bought many hearing aids during my life time and have spent thousands on them because of losing each and every one of them. I have run into financial difficulty which makes it impossible at this time to purchase those quality hearing aids. I have had to do things like, turning the volume up to maximum. Asking people to repeat things over and over.etc etc. When I received my first set,which I upgraded because I was so excited to be able to hear better I followed the directions and nothing. My heart sank. I read the directions again thinking I had done something wrong. Nothing! I called your company and an agent said she would help me she worked with me for an hour and nothing. She then said we can try something else in the morning. I waited all day and nothing. The next day another agent calls and apologizes and said she is sending me another, better hearing aid. I got excited again and waited for my new hearing aids.When they arrived I thought they wouldn't scam me again. Boy was I wrong, the scam continued. I am depressed, I feel worthless, and angry that I fell for your scam. Do you (Nano) get joy from taking advantage of senior citizens? My first thought was hoping bad things happen to you and your families but my faith quickly erased that thought. No one should feel like I feel even those that set out to do harm to others.
