Nano does not like a request for money back and will go to any lengths to not return the money.
Returned the original order hearing aids after trying them once and finding them completely useless. We asked for the money to be returned, since I could not use the product. Upon delivery of the return, we were told that one HA was damaged. This was less than honest, since we returned them in exactly the same condition as they were delivered to us. We are wondering if all persons who request money back are treated as we were. SInce the company works this way, we will not be giving a good report.

Hearing aids don’t work they don’t charge difficult to maneuver don’t like the color not comfortable I would never recommend this to nobody

Customer service is terrible waited…
Customer service is terrible waited months for replacement after I was told I would have to pay for it because they were replaced once already.You don’t stand by warranty unless someone posts a bad review
