Experience was fast and easy
Experience was fast and easy, very helpful with what to expect. And prices very good. Only problem I had was after making on line order, entering delivery location, etc,I received a call from a phone number (not an 800 number) zI did not recognize and thought a robo call.

The support person understood my…issue and gave me a great option.
The support person understood my hearing loss issue and is replacing the hearing aids with a more advanced version, at no cost, which may be more suited to my hearing loss problem. Return was easy. Hope the new aids have more options.

Company provides quality and affordable…
Company provides quality and affordable hearing aids. Concerned about how long they last until they stop working. My last set were working fine until last week when the right (red one) stopped working. Cleaned it thoroughly and charged it but still dead!

This is my first OTC device
This is my first OTC device. They are working well and i find that after a few days of adjusting the controls, i have found a setting that is comfortable and doing well. Just have a bit of patience as you get used to them.
