Received nano a couple days ago. I have used them about a hour last three days. They are fine so far! I had some feed back and I am learning to adjust them.. That's all I can tell you for now.. They do fell good in my ears! Thanks for checking on my progress! Will try to use them longer each day and adjust. Have a great week!! Michael

Cost efficient and great product
I purchased for my 82 year old mother. She has only had them approximately two weeks but could tell a difference immediately. These were a much better price than from Dr. and seem to work great.
