So far, it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Did everything on the instructions and my hearing with the aids in was worse than without aids at all.

It amplifies all the wrong sounds and…
It amplifies all the wrong sounds and when I speak people either can’t hear me or think i am raising my voice at them I have tried all different settings the only thing now my ears are sore from changing the settings there is also an audible clicking in both ears at random times

I have been trying to get a rma for two…
I have been trying to get a rma for two days and still don’t have one. I tried all day yesterday with email and was finally told that it had to be done via phone. I called this morning and got someone that verified my info and was it on hold for 5 minutes or more, then he returned and said they would give me a callback. That was over two hours ago and still nothing. Really great fun just to return hearing aids, Glen

Just don’t work. Getting chirping noises, can’t understand what people are saying. Still can’t hear

You would need to lower the volume settings of your hearing aids and use a tight seal earbud that would sit comfortably in your ears.
