Excellent Customer
I had purchased the pair of NANO hearing aids and just needed the one. I found it to be easy to use and charge. I like the 5 sound levels of hearing as well. The one unit stopped taking a charge so I called NANO and they put me through a couple of tests. I had my replacement in no time at all and returned the bad one with the RMA provided and postage was free.
