I couldn't get the hearing aids to work…
I couldn't get the hearing aids to work and every time I kept trying to explain to her what it was doing she was telling me something else I got more and more and more frustrated I finally had to hang up because I couldn't deal with her anymore if these hearing aids cannot be fixed if I can't get them to work I want to return them for a refund

Constant feedback
Constant feedback; no clarity in voices; I have tried every combination of settings and ear domes and nothing works! I want to return them and get a refund

Don’t buy. They are not hearing aids
Got them in the mail and was really excited. Turned them on after a good charge and heard nothing but feedback. Reached out to support and was told to try different things. I did them all and still really bad feed back. Asked for an RMA to return. They wanted to up sell me on a better version. I insisted I wasn’t going to do so but the guy on the phone said “let me do my job”. Ok do you your job sir. Then I get an email telling me I had to wait 21 days to return them. Then person in the email told me the new noises wer natural and because I have not had grea hearing in a while and I just needed to get used to them. Feedback is not a common noise you hear. Lol.

I have sent several emails since…
I have sent several emails since getting the new ones. I tried them the right one would not turn on so I tried the left one by itself. It worked OK for a couple hours until I got to church and then started buzzing and ringing and sounded like I was in a barrel. This is the third attempt, and I am not going to be able to use them. I would like to return them and be credited a refund on my credit card.

You have the worse customer service…
You have the worse customer service people tht do NOT listen or does not understand ENGLISH. Yes but how am I suppose to send it to you without a RETURN LABEL. I DO NOT DRIVE SO I CAN NOT GET TO THE POST OFFICE. I GET A RETURN LABEL AND THE POSTAL CARRIER PICKS IT UP HERE AT MY HOME. SO AS SOON AS I GET A RETURN LABEL THE SOONER THE POSTAL CARRIER CAN GET IT.

These hearing aids are horrible
These hearing aids are horrible! I get terrible feedback on ALL volume settings. I’ve also begun hearing chirping noises is my ears when not wearing them and this has started only AFTER I introduced these hearing aids to my ears. I will be sending them back for a refund ASAP.
