My initial shipment of rechargeable…
My initial shipment of rechargeable hearing aids had a defective charging unit. I contacted NANO Customer Service to report the issue. The lady questioned me to make sure I was doing everything properly, and determined that they were going to replace the order. NANO sent a complete reorder and a shipping label to return the original order. The second order of hearing aids and charger function properly, and I have experienced hearing better than any other aids since my first ones in 2005. I look forward to no longer purchasing batteries, but instead placing the hearing aids in a charger. Great job NANO, for your product and your customer service.

I bought this earring aids for my Wife
I bought this earring aids for my Wife. She is struggling wit the use of them. She is showing signs of Dementia and have tough time with them. She can not use a Cell Phone. We will work with her to try and get things worked out. Are you 🫀aware that you sent us two sets of hearing Aids. I will return one of them and won’t return the second set even if we cannot get them to work for her. Thank you Jim Humphreys
