As far as what’s your Co doing well it’s in the professional services you offer and the feeling that your back will always be covered.

He has not woren them that much. Think this is what they call a (a man thing). They are for my husband. First of all he was complains he can’t hear, I think it is selective hearing. Hears when he wants too. When he seen them on TV he asked me to order them. It’s like it’s too much to clean them & they don’t go into the ear automatically. I may sound insensitive but I try to the best for him but he does not want to do much himself. He will be 86 in September. So I don’t know if we will kept them.

Everyone who I spoke with was excellent from the person who took the order and explained everything to me and the people I spoke with when calling for assistance. After receiving the hearing aids I made 2 phone calls for assistance both times was great experience. All individuals who spoke and helped me were professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It has been little over a week since receiving the hearing aids and so far work great if anything changes will review again.

Excellent quality, for a reasonable price. The hearing aids fit comfortably, and enhance my hearing, so I can actually understand what others are saying to me. Great product!

How fast I received my order

Fast, easy and I received what I ordered.

In April my aids I had purchased in 8/24 were not working properly. I quickly ordered another pair from Nano -since can not do without.When they arrived - then asked Nano to repair my faulty pair. They agreed and I received a replacement pair on June 6 at no cost. Thank you, Nano. Great service.
