The whole experience was poor
The whole experience was poor, much was not Nana's fault. First could not find order after two of us looked for 45 minutes, located package, no contents. Our lab, oh I KNOW, she had bitten the hearing aid holder one time and ripped the small shipping bag into little pieces. The bag was quite small and easy prey. The aids still worked but not well for me. They would speak something at one point, never could understand it. The first level up volume was same as not having them, the next was way to loud. Things like switches, spoons being dropped in the sink or chairs being move was much louder than reality while in a different room from the noise. Every time I tried them, the unecssary noise gave me severe head aches yet I did not understand conversations in the least any better. I wished they would have worked, just money tossed away.

It's frustrating to adjust between…
It's frustrating to adjust between pushing the button to adjust the volume and level ,it's to complicated. If I had a choice now I would have went with brand that has an app to adjust it .

Can’t hearI was told that they would issue…
First I was told that they would issue a refund, then later I was told they wouldn’t issue a refund. While it was a nice gesture sending me a new set, they really do have poor sound, even for the money.
