Little buttons, BIG fingers!
Hearing lots of things I've been missing with my mid-range hearing loss. Getting used to sounds I've forgotten...the toothbrush, the sound of running water. My only problem is the size of my fingers to use the "little" buttons in my ear, but I'm adapting. So far, very pleased.

I received my order and it was not what…
I received my order and it was not what I needed. Called and spoke to Jaïne C. and she figured out what the problem was. She said she would call me back and give me the new order number, and she called back a few minutes later. She was very helpful and I received the correct tubes just a few days later.
