Ordered Friday (very late), Arrived following Monday. One call CS about fitting the ear pieces in the charger. And that was it. They are in my ears and working. I live in AZ.

they listened, they did several checks, and finally agreed with me my device was not working and insured I receive a replacement. Replacement has been receive!!!

One of my hearing aids would not charge. Nano immediately sent me a new pair
Representative ordered me a new pair of aids. The initial right aid would not charge.
