A good amount of information on the web
A good amount of information on the web site allowed me to make the decision to purchase my Nano hearing aids. They arrived very fast after the purchase and now the adjustment to the use begins. I have just had an hours worth of experience and am surprised by the amount of things I can hear that I was not aware of till now.

They were very helpful and took the time to troubleshoot the issue. They were able to get a response from management in just a matter of minutes regarding the return of the aids. Also arranged for new ones to be shipped at the same time.
