Only problem I had with purchase is that first screen said you could pay with PayPal and then it did not direct you to PayPal.

I have had a pair for about four or five years, I appreciate and use them daily.

No real complaint. Took a little to long with everything repeated but I guess that is a good thing.

The batteries fall out of the carrier when you open the hearing aid. Not a serious problem. Just irritating.

I bought a Nano sigma for my older uncle, who was suffering from sound interruption because of a work accident. I consulted a doctor about the Nano and he gave me the green light to buy. I couldn't believe that little device can make things better, as well as the option of controlling through app was really great. Thus, I got it in one week. Thanks!
