Great customer service
The young woman who answered my phone call listened super well, heard the problem that I was having adjust and made recommendations accordingly. She was not just a sales person, she was truly passionate about the product and instilled confidence in me.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. My call was answered promptly and pleasantly. My particular question needed more research and time; however, Angel had to leave me on hold to speak to an expert that gave me the answer. My call lasted approximately ten minutes and I felt like making the decision to buy my hearing aids was the right and best decision. After the call, follow-up involved taking care of a business matter involving my account that was corrected immediately. My initiation with this company has been a great start.

I ordered the hearing aids and I’ll try them out when I get them. I’m more concerned with clarity than volume, so that I can understand the words that are being spoken
