I ordered my hearing aids online so I did not interact with any customer service rep. I have heard from someone twice telling me my order is delayed by 5-10 business days. So that makes up to 20 day delay. When the ad says 3 to 4 business days for shipment.

Would have given five stars if I could have bought insurance after I decided to keep the hearing aids. Didn’t like being offered a better hearing aid after I opted for the ones on sale. Felt like I was hustled.
