I had payment issues with a medicare…
I had payment issues with a medicare advantage card that was a little short, and I wanted to make up the difference with a personal CC. My operator worked hard to get these issues resolved and I was able to get a behind the ear pair just what I wanted. Without her taking an active interest I probably would have not been able to purchase my hearing aids.
