Ting-Ting Device
This hearing aid does not work because I have a very small ear canal and they are giving off a ting ting sound with every word someone is speaking. Not good and this would drive me crazy over time. I will go with a professional set because you get what you pay for. They do not want to return your money if you choose to return them!

Unsatisfied customer
Product did not meet our expectations.no mention of limited volume in commercial or when ordering.fight hearing aid arrived defective .I had to pay for return postage.10.64 out of my pocket because the hearing aids did not perform as advertised.

The person I spoke with was not helpful…
The person I spoke with was not helpful at all. All he did was telling me what I was doing wrong. I tried to tell him everything I was doing was from the directions in the enclosed owners manual but he never wanted to hear me. I am very unhappy with these hearing aids at this time.

Did not fit well n my ears
Did not fit well n my ears, tried several combinationg of tips. There was a chirping sound that was irritation.

Very disappointed
have an issue not knowing if my problem was with the charger or the right hearing aid. The agent suggested I replace the charger for 83.00 incl. tax. I asked what if after I receive the new charger that turns out not to be the problem. I was told not to worry about that at this time. Told if that is the case then there is other alternative and to call back. When I did I was told chargers are not returnable and no refund avail. So I am now a proud owner of two chargers and still one hearing aid not working and out 83.00. I will shop elsewhere for a replacement.

Too much reverberation
Too much reverberation, couldn't hear TV but voices were too loud. Not sure if this were meant for the situation.
