Nano is far more of a service company…
Nano is far more of a service company than a company selling a product! I gave them a five star rating based on service not on product! After several months of trying to get the product to work properly and sending TWO Aids back because they wouldn’t work because a charge or some other tech problem, I finally have a pair that work and I must say “ once they work, they work.” Again, I give a five star for “SERVICE NOT PRODUCT.”

I got a set of hearing aids that did…
I got a set of hearing aids that did not work. The representative said let’s give it a chance in bringing back noise, she made it easy in relaxing my tensions. Tough when you can’t hear. Wait for Monday to try again. Thumbs up.
