I had purchased the cheapest ear buds for my elderly Mom, but they were too hard to use and fell out readily, so we traded up and have some very nice hearing aids now. My Mom's sight and neuropathy still prevents her from using these without my help, but that is our situation. The company did help me with replacement when one failed. Service was great, but slow and I suspect that is because of not enough help as in other industries these days.

I had a difficult time using the volume control. Never could tell where I was with it. I still wear them but not all time. They make noise at times as well.

I have tried other hearing aids and my favorite is the rechargeable ones I bought about a year ago. I only wish you would send an extra set of ear tubes that connects to the hearing aids. mine get discolored and I would like to change them when they get this way. these are my 3rd purchase of Nano hearing aids. And I will continue to buy them as long as they stay reasonably priced.

I appreciate the good service and product quality. I was fearful that this would be another product that would not live up to the claims being made. The hearing aids were for my wife, and I expected it to be difficult to explain everything that would make her comfortable with these compared to the difficulty of her previous pair with another company. It was difficult understanding the terminology and techniques printed in the operating manual. The explanations on page 28 are difficult to understand from the pictures of the domes and wax-guards. The thick end of the stick needs more explanation. I do not know what the stick is and what the thick end of the stick is. I think I made a mistake when I removed the very small white piece from the end of two of the domes tried. I saved these white pieces, but I do not know whether they should be removed for cleaning. The meaning of the beats from the charging case is not mentioned. Also, more needs to be said about the differences in the program and why low soft beats can be heard coming from the charging case at different times.
