These are hard to get used to! Not near as good as my other ones and not overly fond of the battery operation. Prefer to wifi hookup! I am trying to like them but if not then I will return

Received my hearing aid on time no damage to package. Have not had time to give a true evaluation of the aid's but can say they are very difficult of set the volume due to having to take them out of ear to adjust and finding the wright fit for my ear is still in progress after three days of trying.

Still learning to use them but having difficulty keeping them in the proper position while in my ear. I feel like I'm constantly pushing them in to keep them in place. Additionally, still trying to find a good volume so I can get the best benefit from them.

Got the hearing aids. Work well. Just wish the sound was less "tinny"

My right in the ear Nano hearing aid stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still did not work. I called the service representative and she asked me to change the battery three times!!!!! I thought this to be excessive and the aid still did not work. I am mailing the aid to the warehouse in Las Vegas. God knows how long it will take for a repair or replacement which is very frustrating for elderly neither hearing loss.

So far not hearing tv better but seems that people around me are yelling. Still working on them!
