Hearing aids arrived and right from the start they did not work, talked to customer service and sent them back to be replaced,I was informed that the 45 day warranty didn't apply anymore and I would have only 2 1)2 weeks to get used to them. no thank you bad product and bad customer service!! Just send me my refund!!!

The Nano hearing aids squeal like a pig caught in a gate, so loud other meeting team members could hear it across the room..No matter what I tried I am unable to stop this problem. Thank you

They are reconditioned and they are junk, the left one doesn’t charge at all and the right one I can’t hardly hear out of them

Your warranty sucks ...your earpiece…
Your warranty sucks ...your earpiece blew up in my ear and you want to send me another pair. I am going to Channel 6 ANd have you account for your mistakes of giving all my money back to me then I am disputing charge at my card service .this is a false advertisement. You promote this item on tv....taking advantage of us older people and NOT standing by your producty and making me PAY for the plug that blew up in my ear .....
