I still have to get used to them which you said might take a few months or so. I am also waiting for the new users manual because you said the one you sent me was obsolete and it is.

Customer service is excellent for the…
Customer service is excellent for the most part. My issue was to return hearing aids for a replacement I couldn’t get a return label and still haven’t. I’ve only had them for a few weeks so I’m not able to evaluate yet.

BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE

Hello, Squealing or feedback can occur for many different reasons. We have provided some of the more common reasons below to help you troubleshoot your issue: 1. Check for ear wax: earwax build-up is a common cause of acoustical feedback. When a sound wave hits a solid block of earwax, that sound wave shatters, sending sound every which-away including back out the ear to get re-amplified by the hearing aid microphone. 2. Check the fit: A loose fitting hearing aid allows amplified sound waves to escape the ear canal around the hearing aid, reach the mic and off we go again in a feedback loop. 3. Speaker Placement: If the direction of the receiver is off and pointing directly into the wall of the ear canal, it can cause the amplified sound to bounce back into the hearing aid and the whistling begins. 4. Hearing Aid damage: The sound tube may become damaged over time by aggressive cleaning, the mic may have gotten pushed in, or there could be a crack in the hearing aid casing. It's very important to change the domes on your device due to the fact that most of the sound quality comes from the dome. Delivery was exceptional and customer…
Delivery was exceptional and customer service is very good. Prior to receiving the devices I had no problem with hearing noises, but understanding conversation (words) was very difficult and the hearing aids have not helped this problem. Also controlling the volume is also difficult…needs more options.

It took Nano an entire month after…
It took Nano an entire month after receiving the defective hearing aids to decide about replacement. Also when we got the new hearing aids you only included one type of dome pieces. The first set had white and black dome pieces and the second set only had white.

Bluetooth connectivity - big problem
Received my hearing aids in timely fashion on 05/21/23 and started using. Only complaint (and this is most important for me) is that trying to use Bluetooth with app is not working out. I had one occasion when both units actually connected and I could use the functions. Lost that connection immediately, and have not been able to utilize after numerous attempts. Just tried using my wife's phone; same results. I really need that capability. Customer service has been very good. Hopefully someone can help resolve this issue. Thanks

I love the Nano hearing aids
I love the Nano hearing aids but the domes are too big for my tiny ears😢. I purchased domes a size smaller and still did not work. The sound was wonderful and no chirping or annoying sounds. I would definitely keep these hearing aids if I could find the correct domes.
