As for resolving my issue it was a little slow starting, a misunderstanding about how the return will be handled , but once it was resolved , the process was in action. But unfortunately when I sent the 49.00 for the repair of my left hearing aid , they sent the wrong model. So I’m not sure why that happened. So it wasn’t completely resolved after all. I have purchased several models from Nano, but I don’t know if I will be purchasing any from Nano in the future.

It is not very strong it is more of an expensive amplifier. However, I guess that's why it's inexpensive, as hearing aids go. Just wanted it to help my dad, he is 92 and in great shape except for his hearing.

The device works pretty good, however having the on off/volume/sound menu button at the bottom causes issues while inserting the piece. this causes a lot of feedback. It is also hard to change volume while in ear.

I am still having trouble with headaches and chirping while wearing the hearing aids. I have tried several different domes but am going to try a few more. Keeping my fingers crossed!
