Sometimes my hearing sounds as though…
Sometimes my hearing sounds as though I'm in a tunnel. I'm trying to get use to them but they are not the best.

I did not know what to do with them…
I did not know what to do with them when I took them out of my ears. I had a hard time knowing how to use them. I talked to some one who wears hearing aids and that helped me know how to do this. I did better today wearing them. They did well.

And the company did fine
And the company did fine. The problem is that I have a mental issue and I cannot figure out how to use. these hearing aids I called where I purchased them, and they do not have a place where I can go to and have somebody explain to me how do use them I don’t see anything wrong with the company I just have to do what I have to do

To me they are still like…
To me they are still like microphones..all around noise is too much. I'm constantly turning them up and down

As a new customer (78)
As a new customer (78), I obviously have some hearing issues. Last Friday I called customer service for some help with my volume control questions. First rep I got had a heavy dialect, and I could not understand her. I requested another rep, and had the same problem. I apologized, as being my fault, not theirs. I asked for another rep that I could hear/understand. They said someone will call me back. That never happened! Called again Tuesday after Memorial Day. Got another CSR rep with a strong dialect, but he spoke slow enough for me to better understand. This concerns and annoyed me as a new customer, trying to get help, while under a 45 day return policy! I continue to work trying to adapt to these aides.

Your representatives are very helpful…
Your representatives are very helpful and polite. Was disappointed that I had to send left hearing aid back twice. Your quick start booklet needs to be updated, for example: it states that when turning it off you will hear tw consistent beeps, my right has 1 beep pause and a long beep. Little things like that.

Uncertain
It seems to increase the volume of the ringing in my ears and amplifies ambient noise. Still getting used to them, but I'm really not sure if I want to keep them at this point.
