Would have told you good things only 6 months ago about Nano (had used for a year already)but they changed hearing aid to charging only(no batteries) At first thought could work with that but it is too easy to over charge hearing aids! There is no shut off once fully charged so you cannot leave it to charge overnight! When you get up got to do that really early morning for them to be ready for you. Or if Saturday, if you forget to take them off charger they are messed up. So $1000 for 2 devices down drain. Forcing ppl to not have a choice to use batteries still when you don't have your charging system perfected was a mistake Nano!

Nano (the company) has been disappointing! I had one of my RX2000 hearing aids fail and it has been impossible to get this resolved. I have had over 40 email communications with the company and here I sit for over 2 months with only one hearing aid. The fact is, they sent me a replacement hearing aid and that aid has never worked. The original hearing aid failed within the first year and they blamed it on my maintenance.

I never received my ear domes or screw driver. I couldn't use them. I will never order from Nano again!

The one hearing aid didn't work at all the other just keep sketching

I have used the RX2000 and the In The Canal aids. They both make things louder, but do not deliver noise cancellation no matter what "mode" is chosen. Noted in reviews is that many mention being able to turn the TV volume down and also hear their spouse better. That is fine, indicating providing amplification of sound. My hope was for enhancing selective conversation in noisy environments such as restaurants and other group settings. Sadly, that is not the case. Admittedly I had let cost be the driver of my purchase. Possibly the Sigma model with the dual facing microphones and possibly higher quality electronics would provide noise cancelling needed for my goals.

I was disappointed with the process it took to resolve my problem. Spoke to 7 people and took 2 hours. Finally got it resolved with an upgraded set. I used the secret20 code for a discount but it did not credit on my check out. It did finally get done but was very frustrating.

I have not received my hearing aids. I ordered them 10 days ago. Where are they?
