The lady on the phone for the return
The lady on the phone for the return, just kept us on the phone for almost 15 minutes.. and would NOT give me the RMA number.. finally after forever.. she finally gave it to me.. We had 3 sets of your hearingaids.. and she would not understand that we didn't want anymore..She was not a good person for returning the item

I just do not like these
I just do not like these. I can’t tell if the aids are on or off. They simply do not serve my hearing needs.

In talking with Jack he assured me that…
In talking with Jack he assured me that he would send me an email documenting that once you had received my return hearing aids that I would receive my money back for the $297 I originally spent in addition to the $49. Upgrade for the last set I returned, He sent an email with just the $49. When I called to inquire as to why he did not send that email, I was told by two different individuals that they were not able to put that I. Writing but assured me that was correct. Ito,d the if they could verbally assure me that I wanted it I. Writing. Neither individual was able to do that or provide me with a supervisor. I have returned the hearing aides and I will dispute this with my credit card if I do not receive my full refund. Thank you.
