I would have given 5 stars except for…
I would have given 5 stars except for the fact the agent did not offer me the 4 payments interest free plan that you advertise on TV. Instead I put it on a credit card for which I will be charged interest. Your agents should be aware of the offers you advertise and be sure to inform the customer.

The hearing aids are good but the right one did not work I called customer service and they were helpful and sent me a replacement but did not send a return shipping label

NANO ordering experience
I didn't have any interaction with customer service. I ordered the NANO hearing aids online and received them in 4 days or so. Everything went smoothly. I now have them and didn't need assistance in the ordering process.
