I can hear myself talk I can hear myself chew. Sounds are metallic and it feels like I am in a big hall. But I have the hearing aid only a few days. Maybe it will improve with some more time and me getting use to it. Give me another review in couple of weeks.

Neither hearing aid held a charge for more than an hour. The first time I wore them out in public the blue one fell out. Who do I speak to for a replacement?

THE HEARING AIDS
THE HEARING AIDS, MARKETED AS OTC HEARING AIDS, DO NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED. THEY SQUEAL CONTINUOUSLY AND MY MOTHER CANNOT USE THEM. ORIGINALLY WE CONTACTED COMPANY AND THEY AGREED TO REPLACE AND US SEND ORIGINAL BACK, WHICH SEEMED LIKE A GOOD SOLUTION AND WE WERE OUTSIDE THEIR RETURN POLICY. THE NEW ONES HAVE SAME ISSUES. WE FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS IN BOOK AND SUPPORT LINE. THEY JUST DON'T WORK. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK. ON CONTACTING THEM THEY SAID THEY WON'T BECAUSE THEY ARE BACKDATING NEW SET TO ORIGINAL DATE!

I have had my Nano in the canal style…
I have had my Nano in the canal style for about 10 days. I charge them 2 hours like the instruction said when I first opened the box. Couldn't see much of change so the aids went back in the box. Try again a few days later with a 3 hours charge. No change. So I called the company planning to return. A nice gal Lee took show me how they are to work. I had no clue how long to hold buttons. I tried the aid for a while for I did hear sounds a bit better but the darn thing whistled a lot. I tried another day and the gadget only seemed to last a few hours and I heard beeps beeps just before it died for the day. On on the 3rd day I charged overnight and wonder was that too long? So far the aids aren't what I thought.

I am still waiting for a pair of…x2r
I am still waiting for a pair of hearing aids model #x2r to compare with the nano ones I have #sigma plus. I was all set to return the bluetooth model and your sales person convinced me to try the lesser model to compare with them and to fixed my complaints. At this point I am ready to send back the sigmas and cancel the order I'm waiting for.
