Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery, excellent on ordering. However I can not use them at work, there are two way radios and I get a lot of feedback, screeching noise.

The online Nano representive was informative, empathetic and patience. Once we got through all of the tests she is required to do, I was provided a new hearing aid without charge.

Excellent experience!
Still getting used to the difference between watching a movie with music (one setting) and watching the news with them on. Overall I'd say these are quite excellent for the price and the ease. I only had one hearing aid before but knew I needed two..I had an excellent hearing experience with them literally the first morning of use, but I know it really takes a few weeks to adapt. Thanks for making it so easy! I'll call if I have any questions. Even changed the dome to the smaller size and it appears everything is still fine. Thank you!
