My wife uses the hearing aids
My wife uses the hearing aids. She enjoys them very much, when she wears them. I think she should wear them more. I know she's at a feeling out stage, but the more she wears them, the more comfortable she'll be.

I think they are good except they don’t fit everyone and you can’t sync your phone to them that’s the biggest thing

I am having trouble adjusting the…
I am having trouble adjusting the hearing aids to avoid squels It sounds like a feedback on a phone, I have managed to get the left one working fine but cannot get the right one adjusted properly.

Hello ORR CROMER, Squealing or feedback can occur for many different reasons. We have provided some of the more common reasons below to help you troubleshoot your issue: 1. Check for ear wax: earwax build-up is a common cause of acoustical feedback. When a sound wave hits a solid block of earwax, that sound wave shatters, sending sound every which-away including back out the ear to get re-amplified by the hearing aid microphone. 2. Check the fit: A loose-fitting hearing aid allows amplified sound waves to escape the ear canal around the hearing aid, reach the mic and off we go again in a feedback loop. 3. Speaker Placement: If the direction of the receiver is off and pointing directly into the wall of the ear canal, it can cause the amplified sound to bounce back into the hearing aid and the whistling begins. 4. Hearing Aid damage: The sound tube may become damaged over time by aggressive cleaning, the mic may have gotten pushed in, or there could be a crack in the hearing aid casing. Please be advised that it normally takes 21 days for the brain to get used to wearing hearing aids so all I ask is that you wear these every day for a few more days/weeks to ensure you really let your ears adjust. The hearing aid for the right ear did improve the hearing in the right ear. The hearing aid for left ear did not improve the hearing. My right ear was tested at 50% and the left ear was tested at 10% a few years ago. 50

Had to get replacement for the first…
Had to get replacement for the first hearing aids that only lasted 3 days. Customer service said that they would send me upgraded ones for free and provide a shipping label so I could send the defective ones back. The replacement came today without the shipping label 🤷.
