Pros and Cons
Pros: Delivered hearing aids promptly. Received refund after a few attempts. Cons: Sound was amplified but very, very hard to regulate. Buttons to regulate were so tiny they were almost impossible to find without a magnifying glass. I had to take the hearing aid out of my ear to turn sound up or down, and then had to reinstall in my ear which was difficult and not user friendly. Antenna was totally obvious and hard to conceal without hiding under long hair. Overall, not product that was promised, so I returned them.

It's very important to change the domes on your device due to the fact that most of the sound quality comes from the dome. Unhappy camper
Simply stated, Nano hearing aids do not hold a charge. I've made numerous attempts, day after day, to use my Nano hearing all day. Case in point, I put my aids on charge early Saturday evening, and watched my evening TV without them, hoping they would help me get through Church on Sunday. I removed them from the charger about 11:00, to go to meeting at Noon. Church started at noon. By 1pm, my right ear's aid died. Church doesn't end until 2:00 pm. I came home, hoping to watch/hear TV in the afternoon and by 2:15, the left ear aid quit. Please send refund and materials to return the aids, soon as possible.
