The product helped my hearing .I kept using them for a while. Seller said he would send a new set as soon as he received the original ones in the mail. I printed the label and mailed them on December 9th. It is now the January 8th and I have not heard one word from the seller. I would have rated "Value for the Money" higher if they had continued to work like they did when I first got them!
