The volume of the right ear is…
The volume of the right ear is obsolete. I have to use my old hearing aids luckily I have the right ear. The batteries exhaust after 5 hours. It doesn't make any sense. I'm thinking of returning them. The good, it fits perfectly.

Don't send defective product
It has taken three tries to get a set of workable heating aids. You need to improve your quality control and not send out defective product.

The size of domes does not match my…
The size of domes does not match my ear. Also cumbersome to change volume!

Only been wearing them for a few days…
Only been wearing them for a few days watching TV. Difficult to get used to but they say to keep at it for a few weeks so I will continue trying and see if I can get used too then.

I am having a difficult time trying to…
I am having a difficult time trying to adjust the volume on the hearing aids. Either the voice of the individual talking to me is so loud I can’t stand it or the background noice is overwhelming the voice of the person.

It's not working Iwill keep trying.
The beeping level is not working right,and once adjusted it still keeps beeping. (right side)

I received my hearing aid 3 wks
I received my hearing aid 3 was ago. Charged for 7 hrs. Could not adjust the right one manually. Then noticed the rocker switch was not working at all. I adjusted through the app. Then the right aid wouldn’t hold a charge for more than 30 min. I contacted your support and was told they would have another pair out in 10 to 14 days. Then they apologized and said 5 to 7 days because I was still in the 45 day trial period. It’s been 7 days and no new hearing aids. First the tracking said June 17. Then changed it to June 23 sent USPS which is horrible. These should have been 2nd day delivery at the very least. Your customer service is lacking in many areas. If this is the case and the new ones fail I will be requesting a total refund.
