So far, very clear description of the product, strong history of solid reviews, apparent ease of use of the product. Easy to order at a reasonable price. Looking forward to see if it works for Mom. UPDATE: They work great! Only difficulty is turning on and off for am elderly person and talking on the phone with it in causes feedback to the point you have fi remove it to talk on the phone. There may be an adjustment to correct that.

Team was responsive on questions regarding my order and the hearing aids arrived within the timeframe that was provided. Time will tell how the hearing aids work. But so far so good.

Always reach someone by phone. Easy to understand and work with. Not all our problems are ironed out yet but they are working on this. Hearing aid difficult for our older senior to use.
