My right one quit working a couple of months after I got them. So I called customer help and got to talk to a human. 5 days later I have my new replacement at no cost to me. That's unbeatable in this age of liars and cons

Customer Service Works.
I received a bad set of hearing aids, but I agreed to try a set of bluetooth aids and my previous frustrations have been corrected. I am happy now.
