Very friendly
Very friendly, and willingness to review our problem. Unfortunately there was no way to solve our inability to adjust to the aids. The only problem I had was a problem in undertanding the vocabulary of the lady I spoke with originally, but she was able to adjust to enable me to communicate with her.

The hearing aids are good
The hearing aids are good, but they don’t filter out background noise as much as I had hoped. I’d buy them again.

Won't stay in my ears.
They are light weight. Multiple ear pads. My problem is they are too big for my ears. As I talk and smile, they work their way out of my ears. I find myself pushing them back in my ear. Very frustrating.

Better hearing at a low price.
I'm very happy with the hearing aids. I hear a lot more clearer . I just have to get use to wearing them. I still have tunnel head.

Overall the service was good
Overall the service was good. I did feel a bit pressured to upgrade and this turned me off some. In the end I did upgrade and am now trying the upgrade that was sent to me.
