Units were well priced…processed promptly…initial experience was very good. I think it will improve with experience as I learn how to use the units effectively. Thus far I have not needed to contact support but I anticipate a pleasant experience should that be necessary.

I recently had to return a hearing aid…
I recently had to return a hearing aid as it had stopped working and would not charge. The young lady in customer service could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She set up the return and helped me with an upgrade to a different device. Thanks

It was very easy to order
It was very easy to order, unfortunately my husband is deaf and was able to use the hearing aids. We are returning them for a full refund and Nano has been very cooperative with us. They have received the hearing aids back and we are waiting for confirmation that they have accepted the hearing aids and a refund will be forthcoming.
